What should I do if my products are damaged upon arrival?

If you open your delivery and notice a damaged product, make sure to open all packages and count the amount of damages. Contact us either through phone (02) 9319 1111 or email at orders@livingwellmedia.com.au as soon as possible. 

When exactly will my diaries arrive?

Depending on which delivery arrival period you’ve chosen, you will receive within an estimate of a week. For December Delivery Arrival orders, we can only guarantee that you will receive your order within the last week of Term 4 this year. For January Delivery Arrival orders, we can only guarantee that you will receive your order within the first week of Term 1 next year.

Can I customize further than the custom cover templates offer?

Yes, you can customize the design of the diary however you wish. The custom cover templates act as a simple foundation for the design. After choosing a template, you are open to changing any colours, shapes, fonts etc. Choosing a template isn’t necessary, they are available as an easy start to a nice looking design. Feel free to submit JPEG or PDF files of your own design and we will happily use that for your school’s custom cover diaries.

Is it possible to order less than the minimum quantity for a product?

Can I still place an order past deadline?

Orders for generic product orders placed after the deadlines are possible, however large freight charges will be incur. It is highly recommended that you place your order before the given deadlines to avoid this. For custom products, we unfortunately cannot provide the service past the deadline.
